Our Team

Omayra Gonzalez
President
Omayra Gonzalez moved to Mid-point Estates 3 years ago. She moved here from Houston Tx but she’s originally from Puerto Rico. She started working as a manager for a known pharmacy and later on changed careers and made it into the banking industry. A year later she rescued her dog JD and recently had her son Gerardo. She seems to have her hands full but never says no to a challenge and happily volunteers her time to serve our community as the president of our HOA board.

Patricia Syens
Treasurer
Patricia Syens and her husband, Scott, and their fur baby Kujo moved into Mid-Point Estates at 2208 Tomatillo Drive in the Fall of 2019. They moved here from Johnsburg, Illinois where Scott was a concrete contractor in the Chicago land area. Patricia is a retired Assistant Superintendent of Johnsburg School District. She was responsible for all finance and accounting, transportation department, food service department, and all maintenance and construction. She currently is an independent contractor for School Business tasks and has worked for many districts to help solve their accounting issues. They have three adult children, two grandsons, and 1 great-granddaughter.
She is so happy to be serving on the Board and very positive that we will make this an outstanding Homeowners Association.
