Depending on the device you are using, you will see one of two buttons on this website.  First look at the very top of the first or home page and you may see a blue Donate button. You can use this to pay online.  If you do not see that, scroll on down until just before Frequently Asked Questions and you should see a blue Pay Now button. That also takes you to the place you can pay online. Both buttons go to the same place.
